Returns
Our intention is that your order arrives in excellent condition. We will replace damaged books and maps and DVDs that do not work properly. In any of these instances, please contact us within 15 days for replacement. We require a photo of the damaged package and contents (if possible) to complete the replacement.
We do not accept returns or process refunds for items you decide you do not want once they have arrived.

Shipping
We process orders on weekdays during business hours and are not staffed on the weekends. We have a small staff, so please allow a few business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We will ship via USPS Media Mail (expected 2 to 8 days after shipping), USPS Priority Mail (expected in 1 to 3 days after shipping) or USPS Retail Ground (expected 2 to 8 days after shipping). Price depends on the weight and dimensions of the items you order.
We also offer free pickup at our offices in Blue Hill and Stonington. You can find more information on this here.
